I’ve spent nearly 20 years coaching elite athletes — from academy players at Tottenham and Luton Town to professionals chasing peak performance. But even with that background, hitting my mid-30s changed everything.

I’d had two ACL reconstructions and pushed my body hard for years, but suddenly the old training methods didn’t work. I was tired, gaining fat, and struggling to stay motivated — not because I lacked discipline, but because I needed a new approach.

The typical “fit over 40” advice didn’t cut it — it was either too basic or made for 25-year-olds with no injuries, no kids, and no stress. So I rebuilt everything.

I created a no-fluff system designed for real men in their 40s — men who’ve lived a bit, who’ve been through setbacks, and who want to feel strong, energised, and confident again.
